Anna Watts is a certified proposal & marketing professional with a passion for storytelling, brand management, and design. Her AEC marketing expertise paired with her creative mindset allows her to perfectly position and plan Engenium’s marketing initiatives. As Marketing Manager, Anna will continue to hone her marketing skills and pave the way as a leader within the Engenium Marketing & Core Services departments.

Jonathan has been with Engenium for over 4 years, and in the AEC industry for over 8 years. Chase Earhart is an electrical designer with a background in both electrical design and low-voltage design. Since joining Engenium Group in 2022, Chase has excelled in managing multiple electrical design projects while maintaining a high quality of design detail and achieving his LEED Green Associate certification. As an Electrical Designer at Engenium Group, Chase will continue to grow his strong technical acumen and apply it to his many projects.
Yatharth Raval
Electrical Designer
Yatharth Raval joined Engenium Group in 2022 after completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Since joining the firm as a Junior Electrical Design, Yatharth has evolved into one of our go-to designers on our Electrical team. As an Electrical Designer, Yatharth will continue to provide consistent and reliable designs for our clients, while applying his electrical knowledge and expertise to the built environment in the Greater Washington & Baltimore area.
