Tour De DC

1024 768 Engenium Group

Washington, DC is an historic city not just because of the history ingrained in its buildings and streets, but also because this is where history is constantly being made. All the decisions that shape our country begin here and in historic structures that are now famous landmarks.

For our February team outing, Engenium Group hopped on a party bus for a “Tour De DC”. First we headed to The Washington Monument where we toured the top and took in breath-taking views of DC. The next stop was The Capitol…the interior architectural details were just as stunning as the exterior structure.

It’s easy to pass up doing “touristy” things when you live in that city, so it was a great experience visiting these places that we otherwise wouldn’t on our own. And any activity with this team is always the best time!

Brandon is the Founder and President of Engenium Group. He is a well-grounded engineer with a belief that the design phase of a project is just the first step in a building’s life. Brandon is able to inform designs from his vast experience, and truly brings a comprehensive understanding of how building systems are controlled and operated to the discussion.

“Engenium Group began as an idea. A notion for something different, something better, than what clients had come to expect from a typical engineering firm. I wanted to create a company where talented, personable engineers provided clients with the best possible service. In 2011, I jumped off the cliff and launched what is now Engenium Group.
My goal from the start was to create a client-centric firm focused on relationship
s and communication. Today, 86% of our work comes from repeat clients. We have completed more than 400 projects, from small fit-ups to 200+ unit apartments to large trophy office building repositionings. We’ve grown from a one-man operation into a thriving team of 16.
I am proud of where Engenium Group is today – proud of the relationships we’ve built and the culture we’ve created – and excited to see what the future brings.

Brandon is a LEED AP, and a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelors in Architectural Engineering.
