Engenium Group is thrilled to announce the expansion of our ownership by announcing newly promoted Partners. After completing both Associate and Senior Associate programs over several years, and exemplifying and embodying Engenium Group’s core mission, values, and culture, 3 new Partners have bought in as owners of the firm. Our new Partners will continue to demonstrate extraordinary commitment and leadership to the company, championing our people-first focus in their respective roles at Engenium Group.

Brandon Harwick, President and Founder of Engenium Group, states “I am delighted to see our ownership team grow by 3 tenured team members! Starting as a firm of 1 to now having a team of 40, with an ownership team of 6, has been such a gratifying experience to be a part of. Our new Partners have each demonstrated values of integrity, commitment, teamwork, initiative, and trustworthiness that push forward our mission of being a people-first MEP engineering firm. I am proud to be joined at an ownership level by our newest wave of leaders, and cannot wait to see the impact they will have.” Please help us in congratulating the following members on their promotion to Partner:
