Chelsea Earhart is an Electrical Designer at Engenium Group, contributing to the design of power, lighting, and fire alarm systems for clients across a variety of market sectors. Chelsea is a certified LEED Green Associate and has developed a deep understanding of electrical systems throughout their career.

In addition to their engineering work, Chelsea is a skilled public speaker and has a strong leadership background. They were a CHSSA debate competitor at the California state level, founding president of the Cal Poly Speech Club, a two-time national qualifier in high school speech, and president of their high school Model United Nations team. Chelsea is also deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and strives to provide a safe and supportive space for all, both within Engenium Group and the broader AEC industry. They believe in fostering an inclusive environment where diverse voices are heard and valued, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
