Engenium worked with Stantec, formerly VOA Associates, to perform an existing building analysis and propose improvements of the office building located at 1250 I Street, NW in Washington, DC. Engenium performed a feasibility study for the purpose of identifying the preferred MEP scope of work associated with future renovations of the existing base building systems.

The repositioned project scope includes:
– Parking garage complete with bike storage, and car charging stations
– New elevator lobby with associated MEP infrastructure upgrade
– Fitness center building amenity and dedicated HVAC system
– New building envelope
– Addition of a roof terrace, including elevator extension and relocation of primary mechanical equipment.
