The project includes fit-out of 49,250 SF of existing office space. The previous space held 260 seats and was in need of a refresh. The renovation increased the seating capacity to 375 seats, with 10% closed office and 90% open office space.

The MEP scope of work included reuse of primary systems with minor adjustment to distribution systems to accommodate the new space plan. The mechanical scope included a new ductwork layout, relocation of the existing constant volume rooftop air handling uits, and new dedicated IT room conditioning systems. Existing plumbing systems were extended to new fixtures. The electrical scope included new lighting and lighting controls throughout the space, and a new fire alarm system, including fire alarm control panels and fire alarm devices.
