Project Description

A design-build project consisting of 92,150 SF for an interior renovation of the undergraduate library located on the Howard University campus in Washington, DC. Work included potential design for any repairs due to modifications or deterioration from original construction documents as well as shop drawing review of improper or incomplete submittals.

Engenium Group provided construction administration support for the interior renovation of the undergraduate library building. MEP scope included a review of electrical submittals, RFI responses, construction observation site visits, and electrical punch list.
