Additionally, the scope included site lighting throughout Stead Park, including the new children’s playground and other outdoor amenity spaces. The plumbing scope encompasses new wet utilities, domestic hot and cold water systems, plumbing distribution systems, high-efficiency water fixtures, sanitary waste and vent systems, storm systems, irrigation systems, and fire suppression systems.Additionally, low-flow plumbing fixtures and an air-sourced heat pump domestic water heater were installed to enhance efficiency. The project was designed to support future solar panel installations, including the construction of a canopy to provide shading and facilitate the future installation of solar panels.
