Engenium Group proudly recognizes Patner Construction and Project 308 Design for their exceptional work in designing and constructing our office space at 655 New York Avenue, which has been awarded the ABC Excellence in Construction Award. This recognition highlights the outstanding craftsmanship and innovative design that transformed our headquarters into a state-of-the-art environment.
Engenium Group, a leader in MEP engineering and Technology solutions, officially moved into the new space in November 2022. The 9,500 SF space was originally a historic row home, transformed into a new, headquarters office for Engenium Group’s Washington, DC operations. The historic row home is part of a larger 19-unit rowhome development, which was redeveloped in 2019 into a new trophy office, mixed-use development. The office includes two conference rooms, three private office spaces, three huddle/collaboration rooms, open workstation and collaboration area, a state-of-the-art mechanical room, a wellness room, a breakroom and kitchenette; featuring high-end finishes throughout. Notably, the project included a new, custom HVAC system comprised of an enVerid Load Reduction Unit, Oxygen8v Energy Recovery Ventilator, DaikinAttun water-cooled VRV, and innovative, real-time Indoor Air Quality data monitoring technology by Attune.
The space is distinguished by its cutting-edge design details and a commitment to sustainability, featuring advanced systems that promote healthy indoor air quality. The design-build team collaborated closely to ensure that the project not only met but exceeded modern standards for workplace design.

The Excellence in Construction Award was presented during the ABC annual gala on September 26th, 2024. The event celebrates industry achievements and honors those who have demonstrated outstanding performance and commitment to quality.
