Washington, DC – Engenium Group is pleased to announce that Brian Huaman, P.E., has joined the firm as Electrical Department Leader, further strengthening the company’s expertise in MEP engineering and technology design.
With more than a decade of experience in electrical engineering and leadership, Brian brings a strong track record of delivering complex, high-performance electrical systems for data centers, federal facilities, and large-scale infrastructure projects. His background spans design, construction, and commissioning, with deep expertise in power distribution, lighting systems, and code-compliant electrical design.
In his new role, Brian will lead Engenium Group’s electrical engineering team, guiding project delivery, mentoring staff, and advancing technical excellence across disciplines. His leadership approach reflects a commitment to thoughtful problem-solving, collaboration, and long-term client success.

Prior to joining Engenium Group, Brian served as an Electrical Engineering Manager, where he led multidisciplinary teams and managed large-scale projects for over eight years. His experience also includes roles in MEP consulting, where he developed expertise in low- and medium-voltage system design, power analysis, and lighting design.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Drexel University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
A Northern Virginia native, Brian brings both technical excellence and a strong personal connection to the region. He is passionate about building relationships, developing people, and creating environments where teams can thrive. Outside of work, Brian enjoys staying active—whether running, playing soccer, or spending time outdoors with his Siberian Husky, Hero.
